CAZZA BOSSA is committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience from checkout to delivery. Please review the information below to understand how your order is processed and shipped.
Order Processing
Orders are confirmed and processed within 24 business hours. While we strive to ship most orders the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays), please allow up to one business day for dispatch.
As soon as your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Options & Rates
Standard U.S. Shipping — Flat Rate $14
• Flat rate of $14 on all orders
• Shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days, depending on destination
• Includes tracking and insurance
Express U.S. Shipping — $28
• Shipped via USPS Priority Express Mail Flat Rate
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
• Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) ship the same day
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or during weekends/holidays ship the next business day
International Shipping — Flat Rate $58
• Shipped via USPS International Priority Mail
• Delivery time varies by country
• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and international fees
• Returns for international orders are not complimentary; approved returns are issued as store credit only, after items are received and inspected
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number by email. You may track your package at any time through the USPS tracking system.
Important:
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact USPS directly. CAZZA BOSSA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the carrier.
Route Package Protection
Route Package Protection is available at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, theft, and damage during transit.
What is Route?
Route is a third-party package protection service that allows you to track your shipment in real time and file claims for delivery issues.
How to File a Claim
Claims can be submitted directly at:

Please note: Route reimburses the value of the item(s) only. Shipping fees, taxes, and Route premiums are non-refundable.
Track with the Route App
Download the Route app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to visually track your order and receive updates.
Pre-Order Policy
Items marked as “Pre-Order” are not yet in stock. Estimated shipping timelines are displayed on each product page.
• Payment is collected at checkout
• Once the item becomes available, it will ship within 24 business hours
• A confirmation email with tracking will be sent upon shipment
Pre-orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Store credit may be issued only in cases where CAZZA BOSSA initiates a change or issue.
Protecting Your Purchase
All orders are securely packaged, tracked, and insured.
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility shifts to the shipping provider. For added security and peace of mind, we strongly recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout.
