Returns
To maintain the integrity of our operations and service standards, a $10 restocking fee is applied to all approved returns. This fee supports handling, processing, and restocking procedures.
We appreciate your understanding.
Return Eligibility
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
• All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to arrive at our facility. Once received, processing may take up to 5 business days.
After approval, your store credit will be issued and can be used on any future purchase.
Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.
Important: We do not offer refunds.
Return Guidelines
To ensure acceptance, all returned items must meet the following conditions:
• All original tags must remain attached
• Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Avoid contact with perfume, makeup, deodorant, smoke, or any scent
We recommend removing jewelry when trying on garments to prevent damage.
Any item returned damaged, stained, or with odor will be declined and shipped back to the customer.
Pre-Order & Custom Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will display a “Pre-Order” button at checkout.
• Estimated shipping occurs within 24 business hours after the item becomes available
• Full payment is collected at the time of purchase
• Tracking details will be sent via email once shipped
All custom orders and purchases made through personalized services (including WhatsApp) are final sale.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If a pre-order or custom order requires cancellation or modification—by either the client or CAZZA BOSSA—
a store credit will be issued.
Store credit remains valid for one (1) year.
Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are available both online and in-store.
Terms & Conditions
• Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase — no exceptions
• Redeemable online and in-store
• Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
• Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
• Cannot be combined with promotional codes or discounts
• No additional service or processing fees
• Delivered digitally via email when purchased online
All purchases made using gift cards follow the standard return policy.
Gift Card Restrictions
Gift cards cannot be used for:
• Pre-sale or pre-order items
• Exchanges from previous purchases
• Bazaar, Outlet, or Special Sale collections
Gift cards issued through promotions or giveaways follow the same terms.
